Corby, a former professional actress and native of Binghamton has been deeply involved in the Binghamton community since moving back from Los Angeles in 2005.

“We are very excited to welcome Jennifer as our new Executive Director,” says Board Chair Sue Machayras, “Not only does Jennifer bring with her a deep passion for history and our Binghamton community, but she brings a fresh energy to help us continue to grow the Phelps after two years of pandemic programming.”
