Join artist Michelle Boyer-White, also known as Mikki. Since retiring in 2011, from the BCSD as a middle school biology teacher, she has devoted herself to her art and writing. Currently, she has over 200 paintings in her constantly growing collection. Her love for animals, especially the endangered, has driven her to save as many as she can in her paintings.

In order to increase awareness of these helpless creatures we share our planet with, she mainly reaches out to zoos and museums to display her works .
