Enjoy guided walking tour of Downtown Binghamton’s rich history of architecture and public
sculpture. Walking tours start at Phelps Mansion Museum, 191 Court Street. These BCAC
tours are informed by the Sculpture Outdoors project created in collaboration with
Binghamton University Art History Department and Associate Professor Kevin Hatch. Tour
