Weddings

We are thrilled to start offering weddings again at the Phelps Mansion. It provides a beautiful backdrop for your special day. You are welcome to use the mansion, ballroom, or front lawn for your ceremony. We are happy to customize the pricing you see below, just let us know what you are imagining and we will work with you as best we can.

Pricing & Add-ons

  • $525 for 3hr rental with 80 or less guests
  • $100 more for events with 80-120 guests
  • Additional hours are $150/hr
  • Bridal and Groom rooms to get ready ($100)
  • Tablecloth and Napkins ($120 Black or White)
  • Dishes available for up to 50 people ($50)
  • Piano ($25 | Tuning $175)

Policies

  • The Phelps Mansion Museum does not hold its own liquor license, guests who want to serve alcohol must arrange this themselves. Contact us and we will help! Please note that any parties over 75 people must have at least 2 bartenders
  • Estimated guest count is due upon booking, and a final count is due one week before your event
  • $150 non-refundable deposit required to hold your wedding date
  • Payment required day-of event
  • A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is required, we can help you understand the process!
