Community Day
Join us at the Phelps Mansion Museum on July 11th from 11 AM to 3 PM for a FREE Community Day. Every room of the mansion will be open and full of activities, including kids crafts, historic tool demonstrations, HistoryForge, and live music. Out front we’ll have lawn games and sidewalk chalk, along with Here’s the Twist ice cream truck and Downtown Danny’s hotdog cart parked in our driveway. Free water and cookies will be in the ballroom – bring cash if you’d like to treat yourself to ice cream or hot dogs! Please note the ice cream truck will only be here from 1-3PM.
We also want to hear from you about the Phelps’ place in the community! The ballroom will have feedback boards set up where you can tell us more about what you’d like to see from us going forward. Whether you’re a first-time visitor or a longtime friend, your perspective will help shape the future of this community treasure.
