History Hour-Lunch Edition

Join us as for history hour: Lunch Edition. On Thursday July 9th our Amanda Eggleton will give a presentation about the history of the Lady Jane Gray School.
Step back into Binghamton’s Gilded Age and discover one of the city’s forgotten treasures—the Lady Jane Grey School. Operating from the late 1800s into the 1920s, this prestigious boarding and finishing school for young women offered far more than traditional academics, with instruction in art, music, literature, etiquette, and public speaking. Join us to uncover the fascinating history of the remarkable women who studied there and the lasting impact this unique institution had on Binghamton’s cultural history.
Lunch begins at 12pm, program will start at 12:15pm.
Guests can choose from a boxed lunch provided by Clines Catering. The lunch choices are ham and cheese on marble rye or turkey and cheese sandwich on Italian, with pasta salad and dessert.
Coffee, tea, soda, or water provided.
Lunch and Program is $20.00
Program only is $10.00
Reservations for lunch must be booked by Tuesday July 7th.
